Informatics Executive - Healthcare

About the role

This role supports IT and automation initiatives within a pharmacy environment, handling project coordination, system maintenance, data management and end‑user support. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve systems and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects, including planning, testing and implementation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot pharmacy systems and related workflows.
• Manage data reporting, dashboards and system documentation.
• Provide end‑user support and training across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification with interest in IT/automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (macros, Power Query).
• SQL and data handling.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic (VB) programming.
