Integrated Marketing Manager – Vietnam

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end 360° marketing initiatives for Plaid’s expansion in Vietnam, combining online and offline channels to boost brand awareness and drive user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, OOH and local media to increase market penetration.
• Plan, launch and scale influencer and KOL programs targeting key verticals.
• Manage OOH advertising strategy and placements in major Vietnamese cities.
• Identify, negotiate and close strategic partnerships and co‑branding deals.
• Own local P&L, allocate marketing budget and track commercial performance.

Required profile

• Highly creative marketer with a proven record of “out‑of‑the‑box” campaign execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience leading partnership negotiations.
• Hands‑on expertise in OOH advertising and influencer/KOL marketing.
• Demonstrated accountability for P&L and sales targets.
