Intern, Communications and Engagement

About the role

SGGovTerP is recruiting an Intern, Communications and Engagement to support its communications work on TikTok and Instagram. The intern repackages and creates short-form and long-form content, pitches ideas quickly and produces content that promotes the organisation's work.

Key responsibilities

• Repackage existing short-form and long-form content for TikTok and Instagram
• Create new, engaging content suited to the platform and audience demographics
• Leverage social media trends, pitch ideas quickly and produce content that promotes the organisation's work
• Perform ad hoc photo, video or administrative work as needed

Required profile

• Prior work experience in a creative or content role, including content strategy, marketing and campaign management, content creation, ideation and production
• Able to work independently
• Commitment available between October 2026 and March 2027 or October 2026 and February 2027
• Interest in architecture, properties, location mapping and/or geomatics

Required skills

• Camera operation (smartphone, ideally also DSLR/mirrorless)
• Editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and mobile apps like CapCut and InShot
• Eye for social media trends and attention-grabbing content formats
