Intern, Corporate Communication and Branding

About the role

NTUC Health, an NTUC enterprise providing health and eldercare services in Singapore, is looking for an intern in corporate communication and branding. The role covers content creation and management, digital marketing and support for account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital and non-digital content such as website, social media and marketing collateral with business units, account managers and vendors, including in-house concepting, copywriting, translation and illustration with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Plan, write and publish content for the NTUC Health blog, research topics and audiences, and repurpose blog articles into guides, infographics and visuals
• Consolidate testimonials in a shared folder for marketing use and research new content ideas and proposals
• Keep SEO keywords up to date across digital platforms, including meta descriptions and alt text
• Run SEM campaigns, ad banners, remarketing and landing pages, and run email marketing campaigns
• Brainstorm, plan and manage social media content with account managers
• Support account managers with event management, design, vendor liaison and other administrative tasks
