Intern - Engineering Transformation

About the role

RTX is looking for an Engineering Transformation intern based onsite in Singapore. The internship supports site technology insertion and transformation goals, especially in robotics and automation and digital transformation within TOS, and involves working with engineers, stakeholders, process technology focal points and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support site technology insertion and transformation goals, particularly in robotics and automation and digital transformation within TOS.
• Assist engineers in data collection, analytics and project management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, process technology focal points and vendors during project development.
• Assist in project preparation and presentation during shop tour visits.
• Assist engineers with administrative and documentation tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Data analytics skills with various software are a plus.

Learning outcomes include exposure to the Aerospace MRO industry, learning continuous improvement tools, learning about operations planning and management, and understanding the different roles within the organization.
