Internal Auditor – Global Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Internal Auditor to join the Global Internal Audit team of a leading multinational manufacturing organization. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on operational audits across the region, with a focus on manufacturing and semiconductor environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare audit work papers, document operational processes, and assess key controls.
• Execute operational audits, identify findings, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Draft clear, concise audit reports and present results to the Internal Audit Manager.
• Monitor opportunities to streamline or automate audit procedures.
• Provide value‑added recommendations to enhance internal audit operations.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with at least 3 years of relevant audit experience.
• Experience auditing manufacturing, semiconductor, or other complex operational environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter, resourceful, proactive, and confident with solid critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude; Big 4 experience welcomed.

• Understanding of manufacturing and semiconductor operational controls.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
