International Assignment Consultant

About the role

The International Assignment Consultant (IAC) acts as the navigator for the relocation journey of international assignees, delivering Cartus' core mobility services. You will coordinate all phases of relocation, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless experience for assignees and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as single point of coordination for all international relocation activities per client contracts.
• Deliver Cartus consulting, cross‑cultural, language, and moving services to assigned customers.
• Compile and verify data for accurate client reporting.
• Research country‑specific information to support policy and compensation program development.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners to exceed client needs.
• Participate in special projects such as client presentations, training, and trade conferences.
• Promote Cartus services and identify cross‑selling opportunities to generate revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience in customer service, relocation, destination services, immigration, moving services, real estate, HR outsourcing, hospitality, or related international industry.
• Bilingual ability or expatriate experience is a plus.
