International Growth Practice – Experienced Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

PwC’s International Growth Practice is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to help organisations expand internationally and build more resilient supply‑chain and production footprints. You will work with senior executives and government officials on strategic growth projects across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market expansion strategies, including market, consumer and competitor assessments.
• Design market entry scenarios, channel strategies, operating models and partner selection frameworks.
• Conduct global and regional site‑selection analyses for new headquarters, R&D centres and manufacturing plants.
• Perform global talent assessments to evaluate talent availability for growth plans.
• Realign supplier portfolios to support rebalanced supply‑chain configurations.
• Produce strategic points of view on international growth and present findings in client workshops.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following sectors: Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Media & Technology, People & Organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior executives and government stakeholders.
