International Visual Designer

About the role

Bilibili is looking for an International Visual Designer to shape the visual identity of its overseas products. You will create brand visuals, campaign pages and marketing assets that resonate with users across diverse global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual design projects for overseas products, including brand visuals, campaign/event pages, and marketing materials.
• Develop localized visual solutions tailored to the aesthetic preferences and cultural contexts of users in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and other regions.
• Participate in visual identity upgrades and localization explorations to establish a globally appealing visual language and design system.
• Explore the application of AI within visual design workflows, using AI tools for creative ideation, style exploration and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to design guidelines, visual asset systems and workflow documentation to boost team productivity and collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in visual design within the internet or digital product industry; experience with international products is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with a mature aesthetic sense in branding, campaign design and visual storytelling.
• Awareness of global design trends and visual culture, especially in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI to balance visual expression with user experience.
• Passion for AI‑generated content and hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design workflows.
• Portfolio required when submitting a resume.
