About the role

The Inventory Analyst will support manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate inventory records and timely reporting. This senior‑level position works closely with warehouse, finance, and supplier teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

Manage and reconcile inventory records between warehouse and accounting systems.
Monitor stock levels, movements, and aging; prepare regular inventory reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
Support audits by ensuring accurate documentation and inventory valuation.
Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, planning, and control processes.

Required profile

Minimum Diploma qualification.
Preferably with a manufacturing background.
