About the role
We are looking for a proactive IT Executive focused on applications to join our team in Singapore. You will help ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, websites and coordinate with external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT systems, applications and company websites.
- Participate in project teams that design and implement business solutions.
- Conduct system integration testing and troubleshoot software issues.
- Provide user support, log, escalate and track incidents to timely resolution.
- Deliver end‑user training on application usage.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve system performance and user experience.
- Design and develop internal applications and reporting tools for users and clients.
Required profile
- Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification (or higher).
- Strong problem‑solving ability and independent work ethic.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment such as Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
