About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and oversee our daily computer and network systems. The role ensures smooth performance, security, and reliability of all IT infrastructure across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily computer operations and network systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure systems operate smoothly.
- Troubleshoot computer, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage system access, user accounts, backups, and IT security.
- Coordinate maintenance and upgrading of IT equipment and systems.
- Liaise with IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain IT records, documentation, and equipment inventory.
- Provide technical support to management and staff.
- Ensure company IT systems and network are secure and reliable.
- Perform other IT‑related duties assigned by management.
