IT Security Consultant - CyberArk PAM / PKI

About the role

NCS is looking for an IT Security Consultant in Singapore to architect, deploy and maintain enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptographic key management and privileged access management (PAM) solutions. The role supports secure digital communications, authentication and data protection, and works with cybersecurity, infrastructure and application teams to meet client security needs and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• PAM solution design and implementation: design, deploy and configure enterprise PAM solutions such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust
• Integrate PAM with IAM systems, Active Directory, LDAP and cloud platforms
• Develop privileged account discovery and onboarding processes
• Write technical documentation, architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures
• PKI architecture: design and implement root, subordinate and issuing CAs, and deploy CAs and registration authorities
• Set up certificate templates, policies and automated lifecycle management, and integrate PKI with applications, network devices and cloud platforms
• Key management: implement encryption key lifecycle, HSMs and key management systems, and encryption for data at rest, in transit and in use
• Manage cryptographic policies and algorithm selection

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Degree or higher education qualification
• Singapore citizenship required due to project sensitivity
