IT Support Engineer – Healthcare Systems & Applications

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first‑line remote technical assistance for our healthcare system and medical device applications. You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support, troubleshooting a wide range of modality‑related issues.
• Log, prioritize and track service requests across multiple channels in the service management system.
• Document diagnostic steps, resolutions and case status thoroughly.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers with detailed troubleshooting reports.
• Ensure all support activities comply with regulatory guidelines and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
• Participate in advanced training and continuous learning to handle more complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and improve service delivery.
• Maintain stable internal relationships and exchange information with supervisors and project leads.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the team lead.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical, Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical support experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
