IT Support Engineer

About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide on‑site and remote technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network environments.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for end‑users.
- Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems, including hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Configure and administer Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Intune, including patch management and file server administration.
- Manage IT assets and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
- Maintain high user satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a systems integration environment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Windows operating system
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Intune configuration and administration
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge (advantageous)
