IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our fast‑growing office in Singapore. You will provide desktop engineering support to prestigious clients, handling both scheduled and ad‑hoc tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular scheduled and ad‑hoc support for IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot, monitor and report critical problems to the client, Team Lead or Service Delivery Manager until resolved.
• Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure, including PC procurement and setup.
• Resolve onsite trouble tickets and end‑user support issues efficiently with a focus on customer service.
• Support and participate in other ad‑hoc company initiatives, assignments and projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (preferred).
• 3‑4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role, preferably supporting MNCs.
• Pro‑active, customer‑focused and comfortable dealing directly with end users.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to describe issues clearly and report results.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCTS, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE).
• Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.
• Office 365 environment.
• Video‑conferencing tools such as Cisco WebEx, Zoom and Polycom.
• Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Group Policy.
• Networking knowledge, including Checkpoint firewalls and HP switches.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) experience.
