About the role
The IT Support Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, provide service desk expertise, and ensure operational resilience in line with MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones and branch hardware, including procurement, disposal and user provisioning.
- Act as an escalation point for service requests, incidents and change requests within the ITSM tool, and conduct regular system health checks.
- Support Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery drills, and maintain IT SOPs and management reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 5–7 years of IT support or operations experience, preferably in banking/financial services in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of MAS TRM guidelines and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Required skills
- ITSM frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus).
- Windows and macOS, SCCM, Active Directory, endpoint cybersecurity and MDM solutions.
- Hands‑on hardware and software troubleshooting.
