IT Support Technician

About the role

A global payments company is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its Information Technology Team in Singapore. You will help keep people connected, productive and secure by delivering reliable technology support across the business, working with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues so colleagues stay productive
• Proactively identify and fix technical problems to reduce downtime and improve service performance
• Deploy, configure and maintain technology solutions that support onboarding, collaboration and daily operations
• Maintain accurate asset records to support compliance, lifecycle planning and technology investment decisions
• Use technical insight to improve support processes and service quality

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on end-user technical support in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical, communication and prioritisation skills, able to work independently and handle competing demands
• Bonus: experience in a multinational financial institution or similar regulated industry, exposure to international teams, flexibility for occasional travel and outside-office-hours work, and a continuous improvement mindset

• Windows and Mac: installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Active Directory administration and user access management
• Microsoft cloud services, Google Workspace and enterprise productivity tools
