IT System Support Analyst - SRA

About the role

The IT System Support Analyst will join the Liquids Trading scrum team to support and enhance the Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) system, Solarc Right Angle (SRA). The role involves configuring, automating and integrating the platform while applying deep business knowledge across front, middle and back‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve production issues for the SRA system.
• Gather business requirements from partners and translate them into SRA solutions.
• Configure SRA software to meet business needs and resolve incidents.
• Develop low‑code solutions, perform code analysis and support security, CI/CD and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers to design, code and implement custom or complex enhancements.
• Deploy solutions to production following software‑engineering standards.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence technologies to augment existing SRA functionalities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Several years of application operations support or project implementation experience with SRA and oil‑commodity environments.
• Experience in code development (Java preferred) and familiarity with ITSM and Agile processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural team.
• Experience deploying AI‑based solutions is a strong plus.
