IT Systems Manager – Windows Server & Microsoft 365

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to oversee the Windows Server environment, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services and cloud‑integrated systems for a leading consumer financial services group in Singapore. The role ensures high availability, security and operational efficiency across on‑premise and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including patching, performance monitoring and health checks.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP and domain services.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite – Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and user lifecycle management.
• Provision users, control access and manage identity across systems.
• Implement security policies for Microsoft 365 and protect identities.
• Monitor availability, troubleshoot server, application and authentication issues.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures and system architecture.
• Support backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or equivalent.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
