iTero Logistics Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Join Align’s APAC logistics team as an iTero Logistics Warehouse Coordinator. You will manage the movement, storage, and tracking of iTero scanners and related materials from the Singapore hub to customers and distribution points across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments of iTero scanners and accessories to APAC destinations, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks and update systems to maintain accuracy.
• Assist RMA processes by handling inbound returns, tracking repair status, and managing replacements.
• Plan and execute replenishment of spare parts for customers, field personnel, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process documentation for shipments, inventory movements, and operational transactions.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and uphold safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC or higher, or a Diploma in Logistics Management/Warehousing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or warehouse coordination role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Desired: Proficient spoken and written English.
• Desired: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
