About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior B2B Marketing Assistant to join our fast‑growing team. You will support the creation and execution of B2B marketing initiatives, interact directly with clients, and help maintain high‑quality documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and launching B2B marketing campaigns.
- Prepare client‑facing communications, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and client interactions.
- Support event organization and follow‑up activities.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated reliability, self‑motivation, and ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Openness to feedback, resilience in a fast‑paced environment, and alignment with Hodie Marketing’s values of fun, high‑quality work, and intellectual curiosity.
