Junior Buyer (1-Year Contract, SGD 3,800-4,200/month)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Buyer to join our procurement team on a one‑year contract. You will support the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance for our internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, compare and review quotations, terms, and product quality from subcontractors.
• Administer purchase requisitions, generate quotes and issue purchase orders.
• Manage requestors’ requirements, track orders and ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and requesters to fulfil purchasing needs efficiently.
• Perform vendor assessments, qualifications and arrange subcontractor induction programs.
• Support tender purchases, from requirement gathering to evaluation and award.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with 2‑3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
