Junior Drafter – Architectural & Civil Drawings

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Drafter to support our architectural and civil/structural design teams. The role involves translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD tools, and ensuring all documentation meets Singapore building standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural, civil and structural drawings from design drafts.
• Translate architects' and engineers' concepts into precise CAD models.
• Update and revise drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control and proper documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with submission standards and building requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of drafting experience in the construction industry.
• Strong planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
