Junior HR Business Partner – People Solutions Specialist

About the role

This entry‑level HR Business Partner position supports Satair’s head‑office HR team and assigned business units. You will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, handling day‑to‑day people matters and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers on HR policies, employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, performance management, talent development and internal movements.
• Provide guidance on Singapore labour legislation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS, support audits and prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Develop and facilitate HR workshops and training sessions for the assigned units.
• Co‑lead HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements and MOM‑related regulatory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and people initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Human Resources Management (preferred).
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Generalist in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, IHRP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, proactively solve issues and collaborate with diverse blue‑ and white‑collar staff.

Required skills

• HRIS (implementation and day‑to‑day use).
• Google Suite.
