About the role
We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Singapore office of a leading investment banking group. This is a rare opportunity for a junior associate to transition in‑house and work on truly regional matters with exposure across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on cross‑border legal matters covering multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide general corporate and transactional support, including M&A, corporate, and capital‑markets work.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
Required profile
- 2–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Qualified to practice law in Singapore.
- Background in M&A, corporate law, and/or capital markets.
- Commercial‑minded, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
