Junior Procurement Executive – Aviation/MRO

About the role

CEELECT Aviation is a Singapore‑based supplier of aviation, marine and industrial spare parts. We are seeking a Junior Procurement Executive to support our aviation and MRO sourcing activities, handling both local and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Source aviation spare parts, MRO materials, equipment and consumables from local and overseas suppliers.
• Review customer enquiries, identify suitable manufacturers or distributors, and issue RFQs.
• Compare quotations, prepare procurement comparison sheets and negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms.
• Source hard‑to‑find or obsolete aviation parts worldwide, verifying part numbers, specifications and documentation (COC, FAA, etc.).
• Prepare purchase orders after internal approval and follow up on acknowledgements, deliveries and shipments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve purchasing issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement, supplier and quotation records and build a reliable international supplier network.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Aviation, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Previous procurement experience in aviation, aerospace or MRO.
• Familiarity with aircraft spare parts and aviation part numbers.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle multiple RFQs independently and work proactively.
