Junior Product Manager

About the role

A dynamic, results-driven Junior Product Manager is sought to be embedded in a Programme Management Office (PMO), taking end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle while keeping it aligned with broader programme goals and governance. The role translates user needs and organisational objectives into clear product requirements and delivery plans, and supports the PMO in managing risks, budgets, vendor relationships, dependencies and milestone tracking.

The position is based in Central, Singapore, with hybrid working and hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. It is a full-time contract of 1 year, renewable with chances of conversion, paid up to $5,500 plus AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch and continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders and users to understand needs, identify pain points and turn them into problem statements and product requirements.
• Develop product strategies and roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, manage backlogs and align delivery plans with business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Manage Agile product development, including Scrum ceremonies, dependencies and timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee UAT and product releases against business requirements, quality, security and regulatory obligations.
• Drive product adoption and growth through onboarding optimisation and user experience improvements.
• Monitor product performance and programme outcomes with KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage programme operations and governance, including risks, budgets, vendors, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Improve processes by standardising documentation and streamlining manual activities, and support change management and user enablement.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience in product management, product operations, programme management or digital project delivery, with a track record of measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing the product lifecycle, from discovery and backlog prioritisation to Agile delivery, UAT, production releases and post-launch improvements.
• Experience working with Engineering, Operations and business teams to deliver digital products and process improvements.
