Junior Production Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Supervisor to oversee warehouse‑based manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily production activities, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless hand‑over to the warehouse team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and coach production team members.
- Manage daily production purchase, inventory, stock levels and work schedules.
- Perform cleaning and troubleshooting of production machines.
- Oversee the full manufacturing process from purchase to issue and hand‑over to warehouse.
- Create, maintain and update the SAP system.
- Update, record and maintain ISO documentation.
- Handle internal and external audit processes and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep production on schedule.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field (advantageous).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
