About the role

Gravitas is an international recruitment company focusing on the insurance, financial services and technology sectors, with offices across Asia and Europe. We are seeking a sales‑driven individual to join our Singapore recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the entire end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle
• Market directly to clients and place public advertisements
• Publicise job openings and status updates on job platforms
• Source and screen CVs, interview candidates for vacancies
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting and candidate business development
• Undertake reference checks
• Negotiate salaries and contracts

Required profile

• Sales or recruitment experience
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
