Junior to Sous Chef – Kitchen Staff

About the role
The restaurant is newly opened in a 4‑star hotel in central Singapore, offering Japanese‑French fusion cuisine under a head chef from Tokyo. We are looking for motivated kitchen staff who can grow from junior positions up to sous chef.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cutting food ingredients before and during service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure freshness of all menu items and keep workstations organized and sanitized.
- Manage inventories and kitchen equipment, and handle ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Approximately 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Experience in inventory management, food ordering and shift scheduling is an advantage.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality standards.
