Junior/Electronics Engineer – PCB & Hardware Design

About the role

We are looking for Electronics Engineers at various experience levels to join a growing hardware team in a leading semiconductor and electronics testing solutions company. The role involves designing, developing and bringing to production analog, digital and power electronic circuits and PCBs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, including MOSFET‑based switching and power‑control circuits.
• Support high‑power DC power delivery, distribution, switching, protection, and monitoring circuits.
• Perform schematic capture, component selection, circuit simulation, and PCB layout using industry‑standard tools.
• Apply good PCB practices such as power distribution, grounding, thermal management, signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and high‑current routing.
• Carry out PCB bring‑up, testing, debugging, failure analysis, and design verification with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and electronic loads.
• Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, mechanical, system and manufacturing engineers to integrate electronics into complete equipment.
• Support prototype builds, design validation, production troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing systems.
• For senior candidates: lead hardware designs from requirements through to production release and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–1 years of experience for fresh graduates, 1–3 years for junior level, or 5+ years of hands‑on electronics hardware/PCB development for senior level.

Required skills

• Analog and digital circuit design.
• Power electronics and MOSFET switching.
• PCB design using Altium Designer, KiCad or Cadence.
• Circuit simulation with LTspice or PSpice.
• Debugging with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and electronic loads.
• Experience with Xilinx or Altera FPGA platforms (advantageous).
