Key Account Manager – Consumer Healthcare Sales

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to accelerate growth across retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e‑commerce channels for a consumer healthcare portfolio. You will own sales performance, strengthen strategic partnerships and maximise trade investment effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and market‑share targets within assigned trade‑spend budgets.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue across retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e‑commerce.
• Identify new business opportunities, distribution gaps and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, distributors and retail partners.
• Lead regular business reviews to align on performance, promotions and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotional activities and trade terms.
• Improve product visibility and in‑store execution through merchandising and POP initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and customer activation programmes.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, supply‑chain and logistics to ensure product availability and smooth execution.
• Resolve account‑related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven success managing modern trade, pharmacy chains, distributors or consumer‑healthcare accounts.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and account‑management capabilities.
• Experience driving sales growth in FMCG, personal‑care or wellness sectors.
