Key Account Manager – Greater China (Beauty)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead our distributor relationships across Greater China – China, Hong Kong and Taiwan – from our Singapore hub. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be the primary point of contact for external partners, driving growth and ensuring commercial excellence in the beauty and personal care segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor partnerships across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Lead contract renewals, negotiations and other commercial discussions with partners.
• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance, forecasting and retail execution.
• Identify market risks and growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align market priorities.

Required profile

• Direct experience managing the China, Hong Kong and/or Taiwan markets with deep understanding of local commercial and consumer dynamics.
• Minimum 5 years of regional partner/distributor management in beauty or personal care (fashion, lifestyle or sports experience also relevant).
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor.
