Key Account Manager – MRO Products (SGD 5k‑6k)

About the role

The company distributes Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) products, safety equipment and cleanroom consumables across Singapore. As a Key Account Manager you will be the primary contact for major customers, delivering tailored solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with customised solutions, respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Own and grow revenue and margin within assigned accounts, meeting EBIT and working‑capital targets.
• Develop and execute Key Account Management Plans for short‑ and long‑term financial performance.
• Monitor service agreements, ensure KPI compliance and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead margin‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain world‑class customer service and brand representation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in key account management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven ability to deliver supply‑chain consultancy and exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital.
• Willingness to be on‑site at customer locations in the western area several days a week.

• Strong analytical skills for financial and performance data.
