About the role
Lyreco is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager – New Business to drive growth among corporate customers in Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring successful onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect corporate accounts in Singapore, targeting a defined prospect list.
- Present bids, negotiate terms and close new business deals.
- Advocate Lyreco’s value proposition and ensure customers understand the full range of capabilities.
- Coordinate onboarding, customer training and internal implementation with Replenishment, Finance and Customer Service teams.
- Handle special sourcing requests following company guidelines.
- Manage pricing, margins and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Marketing, International Account Management) to deliver customized solutions.
- Support digitalisation of the customer order‑to‑pay journey using Lyreco e‑solutions.
- Perform ad‑hoc assignments as directed by management.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of B2B or service‑based sales experience with corporate accounts.
- Meticulous, organized and strong project‑management abilities.
- Goal‑oriented with disciplined attitude.
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Driving licence preferred.
- Fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Singapore.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
