Key Account Manager – Russian‑speaking Markets

About the role
Moleac, a Singapore‑based biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive commercial development of its flagship product NeuroAiD across Russian‑speaking markets. The role can be performed remotely or from a location that facilitates travel to the assigned countries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across a portfolio of Russian‑speaking countries to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Collaborate with global marketing and medical teams to deliver product training to local partners and strengthen relationships with key prescribers.
- Organise local events, represent Moleac at international congresses, and monitor implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, sales forecasts, and operational plans for each market.
- Identify and engage potential affiliate partners in new geographies, negotiate distribution agreements, and support regulatory and logistics activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Fluent Russian language skills and ability to communicate effectively with local partners and medical professionals.
- Strong analytical and budgeting capabilities, with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
