Key Account Manager – Sales

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role involves promoting our aluminium and architectural systems, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential customer accounts.
• Promote new products and architectural systems to clients.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, fax, email or walk‑in and provide accurate quotations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for assigned accounts, including order taking, delivery coordination and follow‑up on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and undertake any additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; engineering background is a plus.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet personal sales targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work in the Pioneer area of Singapore.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,500.
• Full‑time permanent position with a five‑day work week and alternate Saturday shifts.
• Working hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; alternate Saturdays 8:00 am‑1:00 pm.
