Key Account Supply Chain Manager – Travel Retail APAC

About the role

As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager for Travel Retail in the Asia‑Pacific region, you will be the primary operational partner for L'Oréal’s strategic retail clients. You will drive seamless collaboration, manage inventory flows and lead joint initiatives that support mutual growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent L'Oréal in negotiations with key retailers on logistics, forecasting and other operational topics, building trust‑based relationships.
• Lead the consolidation, analysis and management of Stock‑In‑Trade (SIT) data, providing insights to anticipate stock issues and optimise inventory levels.
• Initiate and manage joint projects with retailers, including data sharing (EDI), joint forecasting and sustainability improvements.
• Coordinate with internal Operations teams to resolve complex issues such as regulatory hurdles or shipping adjustments, ensuring business continuity and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proactive, strategic and service‑oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, preferably in Travel Retail or FMCG.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with external clients and internal cross‑functional teams, especially Commercial.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data, manage inventory and support data‑driven decisions; demand planning knowledge is a plus.
• Experience leading client‑facing projects and excellent communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities.
