Kitchen & Service Crew – Up to $14/hr + Double Pay on Public Holidays

About the role

Join the opening team at Sukiya in The Seletar Mall and work as part of a dynamic kitchen and service crew. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a fully‑sponsored food safety course.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, handle cashiering, and consolidate daily sales.
• Serve food and beverages, answer reservation calls, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare and cook menu items following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, service area, and equipment.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cash reconciliation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Guest‑oriented with a strong service focus.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliable and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic command of English for communication.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge (covered in the sponsored course).

What we offer

• Part‑time pay up to $14.00 per hour (double pay on public holidays).
• Full‑time salary up to $2,600 per month (5‑day work week) with shift allowances.
• Fully‑sponsored food safety certification.
• Meals provided during shifts.
• Performance bonus, attendance and weekend allowances, monthly sales incentive, referral reward, and overtime at 1.5× basic rate.
