Laboratory Administrator - Gemini

About the role

West Pharmaceutical Services is hiring a Laboratory Administrator for its Gemini site in Jurong. This is an onsite position covering all scheduled workdays, with no relocation assistance. You will support the laboratory team in administration and quality system matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support laboratory management with sample workflow: receipt and distribution of materials and products for chemical and microbiological testing, including domestic and overseas samples.
• Help plan work, realise schedules and notify results.
• Handle day-to-day administration such as purchase requisitions and orders (PR and PO), receipt of test materials and inventory review.
• Maintain data quality: documentation, log-books, record keeping and archival.
• Prepare KPI statistics and monthly charts for output monitoring.
• Take part in general safety, 5S housekeeping, waste disposal and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP and GLP, follow safety rules and SOPs, and support audit preparation.

Required profile

• NITEC, GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or Diploma.
• At least 5 years of experience in administration support, preferably in a laboratory or production environment.
• Good written and verbal communication, computer skills and teamwork.
• Understanding of relevant SOPs and willingness to support Lean Sigma programmes.

The annual base salary is $35,900. Variable compensation and benefits depend on location and employment status. The position is onsite, and offers are subject to background screening.
