About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join the LTA Project team in Singapore. This permanent position involves planning, conducting, and managing surveys that support construction and infrastructure stability.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the Survey Team.
Plan and conduct surveys to establish baselines, elevations, and other measurements.
Establish and traverse main control points for horizontal and vertical surveys.
Implement monitoring procedures for structural stability of structures subject to movements.
Conduct survey setting out, as‑built surveys, and settlement monitoring for construction work.
Verify accuracy of survey data, manage instruments, and maintain records.
Prepare sketches, maps, and reports, and coordinate findings with engineering, architectural personnel, clients, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

At least 5 years of relevant land surveying experience.
Preferably experience on LTA projects.
