Land Surveyor – Permanent Position

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to perform and verify surveying work on site for our construction projects across Singapore. The role involves accurate data collection, analysis and preparation of construction drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and check all surveying work on site for projects as directed by the Project Manager.
• Verify the accuracy of survey work and collected data.
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.
• Monitor settlement markers when needed.
• Set out survey points and levels on site.
• Prepare and submit pre‑ and post‑construction drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Geo‑spatial information and technology.
• At least 3 years’ experience in building surveying.
• Knowledge in pre‑cast installation and verticality control is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑rise building projects.
• Comfortable with a 6‑day work week.
