Lead Full Stack Engineer, AI Product

About the role

This is a high‑ownership senior engineering position where you will shape product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up. Working directly with the founders and early users, you will turn complex real‑world workflows into reliable, AI‑enhanced software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product features across the full stack.
• Own decisions on frontend, backend, database, authentication, and deployment.
• Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) and AI workflows into user‑facing product flows.
• Implement secure handling of scripts, documents, and production IP.
• Create internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations.
• Set engineering standards and guide future technical hires.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage environment with incomplete information.
• Product‑mindset with the ability to think beyond tickets.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate with non‑technical founders and creative teams.

Required skills

• React, Next.js, TypeScript (frontend).
• Node.js, Python (backend).
• PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase (databases/platforms).
• Experience with LLM APIs, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and AI workflow systems (nice to have).
• Background jobs, queues, and handling structured or multimodal AI outputs.
