Lead Industry Manager (Scaled) – Greater China Region

About the role

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Industry Manager for its Scaled segment covering the Greater China Region. Based in Singapore, you will drive revenue, retention and advertiser growth for a fast‑expanding market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Scaled (SMB) segment to meet quarterly revenue, retention and advertiser growth targets for Greater China.
• Design and own the scaled coverage model, including segmentation, service levels, account assignment and capacity planning.
• Serve as senior point of contact for key agencies and channel partners, building executive relationships and joint business plans.
• Develop and launch acquisition, activation and retention programs that increase spend, repeat rates and lifetime value.
• Implement scalable processes, playbooks and automation to handle large account volumes efficiently.
• Set goals and KPIs, analyze cohort and funnel performance, identify constraints and translate insights into action.
• Own forecasting and resource planning for the Scaled business.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams or business segments in a digital advertising environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to set targets, track performance and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with agencies, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design and execute large‑scale go‑to‑market and retention strategies.
