Lead Research Analyst

About the role

The Lead Research Analyst will support programme evaluation and analytics within JurongHealth Campus, driving health services research, performance management and knowledge generation. The role co‑leads research teams, designs study protocols, and translates findings into improvements in patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme evaluation and health economics studies to assess effectiveness.
• Integrate institutional data analytics and AI into research designs.
• Co‑lead project management with clinical leads to ensure timely delivery and regular updates.
• Guide research assistants, data managers and analysts in scope definition, data collection, management and analysis.
• Draft research papers and DSRB submissions.
• Co‑develop grant proposals and manuscripts/posters with clinician leads.
• Support HSR Programme Directors in achieving KPIs, grant and project management.

Required profile

• Good postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Research, Biostatistics, Behavioural Science, Data Science, IT, Health Sciences or equivalent.
• Proven track record of research studies, publications and grant funding.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience for senior analyst roles (8 years for manager level); healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and scientific writing skills in English.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
