Lead Research Analyst (Manager) – Health Services Research & Analytics

About the role

The Lead Research Analyst (Manager) will drive health services research and analytics at JurongHealth Campus, supporting programme evaluation, decision‑making and knowledge generation. You will co‑lead multidisciplinary research teams, design studies, manage projects and translate findings into tangible improvements in patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme evaluation and health‑economics studies to assess effectiveness of health services.
• Integrate institutional data analytics and AI techniques into research designs.
• Incorporate behavioural science methods for patient recruitment, retention and outcome measurement.
• Co‑lead project management with clinical leads, ensuring timely delivery and regular updates.
• Guide research assistants and data managers on scope, data collection, management and analysis.
• Draft research proposals, ethics submissions, manuscripts and conference posters.
• Develop grant proposals and secure funding in collaboration with principal investigators.
• Support the HSR Programme Director in achieving KPIs and programme objectives.

Required profile

• Postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Research, Biostatistics, Behavioural Science, Data Science, IT, Health Sciences or related field.
• Proven track record of research publications and successful grant funding.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for senior/associate roles, 8 years for a manager position; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and scientific writing skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, independent yet effective team player.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
