Lead Solution Engineer – Public Sector

About the role

Lead Solution Engineer for the Public Sector will support Salesforce accounts in Singapore, driving discovery sessions, solution prototypes and pilots to showcase the value of Salesforce cloud applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and define solution prototypes.
• Present and articulate the business value of Salesforce cloud suite to executives.
• Deliver technical and security responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and pilot implementations from inception to completion.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of pre‑sales experience selling CRM or high‑value business solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and business justification skills.
• Experience selling to public‑sector agencies is desirable.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise.
• Cloud Computing concepts.
• CRM, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solution knowledge.
• Data modelling and business analysis.
