Lead Specialist, Marketing Communications, Neurovascular (APAC)

About the role

The Lead Specialist, Marketing Communications drives operational excellence in marketing communications across Neurovascular (NV) APAC, leading strategic regional campaigns, digital communications, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns for NV APAC, including regional messaging frameworks and toolkits.
• Streamline collateral development, approval, localization and distribution processes across APAC markets.
• Build and maintain an APAC Marketing Knowledge Hub with best‑practice resources, competitor insights and content archives.
• Establish communication templates, standards and governance to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead APAC‑wide initiatives such as World Stroke Day and LinkedIn marketing strategies to boost engagement and business growth.
• Manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital or corporate communications, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage regional campaigns across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with experience working in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with digital marketing/communication platforms, content management systems, marketing automation tools and campaign analytics.
• Knowledge of social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn.
