Learning & Leadership Development Partner (ASIA)

About the role

The Learning & Leadership Development Partner (ASIA) will shape and deliver impactful learning experiences for the SJ Group across the region. Reporting to the global academy, you will combine creativity and strategic thinking to support regional development and global learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional and e‑learning content that meets learner needs and aligns with global academy priorities.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
• Oversee induction and compliance training to satisfy regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Manage the regional Learning Management System, including reporting, analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with People & Culture, business leaders and external partners to implement practical learning solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of four years’ experience in Learning, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven track record in instructional design and e‑learning, preferably within technical or consulting environments.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo or Workday Learning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to demonstrate learning impact.
